OUANANICHE (LAND LOCKED SALMON)
Ouananiche is french/Indian for describing this type of Atlantic Salmon that don’t go to the sea. If sea-run salmon are the kings of freshwater game fish, Ouananiche are the Crown Prince.
BROWN & BROOK TROUT
